Refund & Returns

At Noranabi, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we are committed to resolving the issue with transparency and efficiency.

No Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you have received an incorrect product or no longer wish to keep it, the item must be returned, and a new order must be placed separately. This allows us to accurately track all returns and ensure the highest level of service.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging. The safety seal (if applicable) must remain intact.

  • Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by proof of purchase and a return request sent in advance via email.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • Returns must be made via ACS Point or post office.

Wrong or Defective Item

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us at shop@noranabi.com within 5 calendar days of receipt.

Once we verify the issue:

  • We will refund the full amount paid for the incorrect or defective item.
  • You will then need to place a new order for the correct product.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 5 calendar days of the order date without needing to provide a reason, provided the product remains unused and sealed.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will also refund the initial delivery cost (excluding extra charges for express or special delivery services).

  • We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the product is returned or proof of return is provided.

  • All returns must be shipped with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

  • Delivery costs for returning items are borne by the customer unless the product was incorrect or defective.

  • Please do not include your card information in any email or communication.
