Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to Cyprus and Greece using trusted courier services, including ACS Courier and BoxNow. Our shipping practices aim to ensure that your order arrives safely, securely, and on time.

1. Cyprus

We deliver all orders within Cyprus using ACS Courier or BoxNow. We have formal agreements in place with our couriers to ensure reliable delivery service.

Delivery Options:

  • ACS Courier – Pick-up from nearest ACS point: FREE

  • ACS Courier – Home delivery (within city limits): FREE

  • BoxNow Locker Delivery: FREE
    Choose your preferred BoxNow locker during checkout and collect at your convenience, 24/7.

Delivery Time:

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days.

  • Orders placed on Friday are dispatched the following Monday.

  • No deliveries are made on Weekends or Public Holidays.

  • For addresses within city limits, ACS Courier can deliver directly to your door during the following hours:

2. Greece

All orders to Greece are delivered using the postal service (ELTA or similar) or BoxNow, where available.

Delivery Charges:

  • Orders under €100: Shipping fee of €10.00

  • Orders over €100: FREE shipping

Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery: 5–14 working days

  • Orders placed on Fridays are dispatched on Monday

  • No deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays

Shipping Terms

  • We insure every purchase during transit until it is delivered to your specified address.

  • A signature or valid collection confirmation is required upon delivery. Once your parcel is signed for or collected, responsibility transfers to you.

  • If you’ve indicated an alternate recipient (e.g. a gift), their signature or confirmation of collection at the delivery location constitutes successful delivery and transfer of responsibility.
